EMR access setup, clearinghouse enrollment, EDI/ERA/EFT activation, fee schedule review, custom superbill audit, and workflow alignment — everything before the first claim goes out.
You pay a one-time setup fee for the build, then an optional monthly maintenance fee starting at $150/mo. You own the site. Maintenance keeps it updated, secure, and running. Bundle with billing for 20% off setup.
